Brownies are known as carbohydrate-based cookies and everything tastes sweet. Because of the high content of calories and sugar, many brownie lovers need to limit themselves if you want to eat this delicious cake.
There is nothing wrong with creating a variety of basic materials and replace the standard with others to be healthier. One of them is our one brownie creations, Cheese Carrot Brownies Recipe.
Carrots have been known as a source of fiber and vitamin A, but not just vegetables complement the side dishes everyday. For those who don't like carrot flavor, we can still take advantage of carrots by using it as a mixture of favorite snacks such as cakes, sponges and brownies.

INGREDIENTS:
- 100 gr grated carrots
- 50 grams of wheat flour protein, sifter
- 60 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 60 gr white cooking chocolate (WCC)
- 50 gr chedda cheese, cut into small cubes
- 100 grams of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 90 ml of cooking oil
- T tsp salt
- T tsp chocolate paste
- T tsp baking powder
Topping :
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Pieces of fruit
INSTRUCTIONS:
- DCC team with 45 ml of cooking oil. As soon as oil is heating, turn off the heat. Stir until DCC melts, set aside.
- WCC team with 45 ml of cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, turn off the heat. Stir until WCC melts.
- Heat the pan to steam until the water is boiling. Wrap the lid of the pot with a clean napkin.
- Beat the eggs and sugar with the mixer until it expands. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir back with a spatula until smooth.
- Add grated carrots, stir with spatula until smooth
- Divide the dough in half. The first dough adds the melted DCC along with the chocolate paste. Stir back with a flat spatula. Pour into a loaf pan that has been smeared with margarine and covered with margarine-covered bread paper. Steam until half cooked over medium heat or for approximately 15 minutes.
- Second dough, add WCC that has been melted and cheese slices. Stir back flat. Pour over the first dough. Steam until cooked over medium heat or for approximately 30 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the pan. Prepare a flat container, turning the pan. Remove brownies. Chill and cut into brownies. Sprinkle with grated cheddar cheese and pieces of fruit.
- Brownies are ready to be served.
