Omelets are present in many variations in the world. In Italy there is a frittata which is an omelet with a variety of nutritious filling.
Frittata comes from the word 'fritta' in Italian which means frying. The shape of the frittata is like an omelette or a round omelet. It's just that the frittata is more diverse. Some add mushrooms, spinach, potatoes, salmon, chicken meat, sausages, to corned beef.
There are also those who like to add vegetables such as peppers, onions, zucchini, tomatoes, avocados, asparagus or basil leaves. Everything depends on everyone's taste.
INGREDIENTS:
- Liquid milk
- Egg
- Sausage
- Broccoli
- Garlic
- Onion
- Butter
- Chicken broth
- cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Saute potatoes, sausages, broccoli, sprinkle cheese on top
- Beat eggs + milk + all spices then put them on top of the stir fry
- Cook until the eggs are golden brown
- Omelette is ready to be served
