SPIRALIZED SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE RECIPE

It could seem overwhelming and like it comes out of nowhere… but we adore it right? I know I do. I do. I honestly love the chaos and taking a while to reflect over the reason for the season.
However whatever i can do to simplify and put together is likewise useful. and i’m certain many of you are thinking this identical component: help ME!
INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Potatoes:
- 4 Medium Sweet Potatoes, peeled and spiralized
- 2 Tbs. Organic Butter Melted (Substitute Coconut Oil to make this vegan)
- 1 Tbs. Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbs. Organic Coconut Sugar or Raw Cane Sugar
- ½ Tsp. Cinnamon
Pecan Topping:
- 1½ Cups Raw Pecans (chopped or whole is okay)
- 2 Tbs. Pure Maple Syrup
Sweet Coconut Sauce:
- 1 Can Coconut Cream
- ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
INSTRUCTIONS:
Sweet Potatoes:
- location spiralized candy potatoes, butter, maple syrup coconut sugar and cinnamon in a mixing bowl and lightly stir.
- switch seasoned sweet potatoes to a baking dish, and bake at 375 tiers F for 35-40 mins, or until potatoes are softened (this could take a bit longer depending in your oven).
