  • 15 oz dark red kidney beans canned
  • 14 oz diced tomatoes canned
  • 1/4 cup water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet.
  2. While the beef is cooking, combine all of the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
  3. Drain off fat from ground beef and return beef to pan.
  4. Add seasoning mix, water, beans and tomatoes. At this point you can add in anything else that you want to personalize the recipe.
  5. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
