Pleasing doormat that gets breaded and toughened in a treacly and tangy pineapple sauce. It bakes to flawlessness and is so much improved than takeout!
INGREDIENTS:
- 3-4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1½ cup cornstarch
- ¼ cup canola oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Sweet Hawaiian Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 red pepper chopped
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ½ tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits, drained
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cut weakling breasts into bite-sized pieces and mollify with salinity and pepper.
