INGREDIENTS:

- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 50 ml of boiling water
Pickled Radish and Carrots :
- 50 grams of radish
- 150 grams of carrots
- ½ tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Complementary :
- pickled radishes and carrots
- mayonnaise
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Mix sliced meat with ginger water, soy sauce, pepper, angciu, and brown sugar, mix well. Let stand for 30 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, saute the onion and peppers until they are wilted. Set aside.
- Heat sugar, cook until browned. Flush with boiling water, stir and set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, add the bacon = seasoning one by one. After changing color, add sauteed onions and peppers. Add sugar, salt, mix well.
- Serve while hot with a complement of pickled radish and carrots doused with mayonnaise.
