Confused about cooking but not having much time? Let's try this black pepper beef recipe. The ingredients and seasonings are easy to get and the way to cook is also very easy, even for beginners who are just learning to cook.
The menu of black pepper beef has a fairly spicy flavor. It is suitable as a complement to white rice. Often a menu for parties or social gathering to be enjoyed together with family and friends.
INGREDIENTS:
- 300 grams of beef haas / deep scrub, thinly sliced
- ½ teaspoon of white pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 onion, cut the box
- 1 red bell pepper, cut the box
- 1 green bell pepper, cut the box
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch (mix with 1 tablespoon of water)
Seasoning :
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- ½ tablespoons of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- ½ tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp pepper / black pepper, roughly ground
- ½ tsp sugar
- 150 ml of water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add sliced beef with salt and pepper, let stand for 15 minutes
- Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant
- Add the sliced meat and cook until it changes color
- Add fish sauce, sesame oil, sweet soy sauce, black pepper and sugar, then add water. Cook until the water seeps and the meat is tender.
- Add the pieces of green and red peppers, mix well until wilted
- Pour the cornstarch mixture and stir until thickened
- Lift and serve
