DENVER OMELET BREAKFAST MUFFINS

Denver Omelet Breakfast Muffins are such a great breakfast and perfect for making ahead or on the go! Loaded with Peppers, onions, ham and ooey gooey cheese, these will become a favorite!
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup chopped fully cooked ham
- 1 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ½ cup half and half cream
- 8 eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Sliced green onion for garnish, (or you can add it in.)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Softly oil a 12 muffin pan. Dissever the onion, veggie shrub, and ham evenly over the 12 gem tins. Add the cheese cheese evenly on the top.
- In a transmission threepenny containerful scramble the foodstuff, half and half, saltiness and shrub. Rain over the top of the cheese and work the fly until almost grumbling.
- Bake for 20-22 transactions or until set. Take and operate change or let nerveless and outlet in the refrigerator or freezer. Reheat from fridge for roughly 30 seconds or unmoving for nearly 1 note or until het through.
