The term Tiramisu may no longer be foreign to you. Tiramisu is a typical coffee-flavored desert and served in leading restaurants. Initially tiramisu was made from sponge cake and creamy lady finger bread and sprinkled with coffee powder.
Tiramisu is a favorite among various groups and ages, because the coffee smell is legit. Many desert variants are created with tiramisu flavors, ranging from cakes, to drinks and snacks.
What if conventional baked brownies are mixed with tiramisu? We guarantee the blend of chocolate and tiramisu pasta produces delicious and tempting flavors and aromas. This time we present an easy step to make your own Tiramisu Brownies at home. You and your family are guaranteed to be addicted!
INGREDIENTS:
- 120 grams of dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 90 ml of cooking oil
- 100 grams of sugar
- 60 grams of flour, sifter
- T tsp salt
- T tsp pasta tiramisu
- T tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
Topping :
- 125 gr white cooking chocolate (WCC), melt
- 20 grams of powdered chocolate.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven
- DCC team with cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, turn off the fire. Add sugar, stir until DCC melts and sugar dissolves, set aside.
- Mix flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well with a spatula. Set aside.
- Beat the sugar solution and DCC along with tiramisu paste and eggs using a mixer with a low speed until smooth. Enter the mixture of flour mixer back at low speed until even.
- Prepare a loaf pan or rectangular heat-resistant container top with a baking dish with margarine, apply with bread paper that has been smeared with margarine. Pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake in the oven until cooked.
- Remove it from the oven. Prepare a flat container, flip the pan, remove brownies.
