INGREDIENTS:
Bottom the cake :
- Chocolate Sponge cake is 20/20 cm in size, split 2 transversely, shape according to the cutter mold
Cheese cake :
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g white cooking chocolate, melt
- 3 tablespoons of gelatin, the team with 50 ml of water until dissolved
- 100 g whip cream
- 100 g of raspberry, cut into pieces
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare plastic mica according to the shape of the cutter mold, coat it basically with cardboard / aluminum foil
- Bottom the cake : place the chocolate sponge cake on the base of the mica
- Cheese cake : shake the cream cheese until smooth, add white cooking chocolate, shake until well blended. Enter the solution of gelatin and whip cream, mix well.
- Add raspberry pieces, mix well. Pour the mixture into the mica which already contains a sponge cake cover with cling wrap, store it in the refrigerator.
