INGREDIENTS:

- 375 g cream cheese
- 160 g sugar castor
- 125 ml of lemon juice
- 1 d gelatin, team with 60 ml of water until dissolved by eining
- 2 tsp grated lemon juice
- 175 ml whip cream, shake it thick
Decoration :
- 50 g of almonds, roasted, roughly chopped
- 25 g of red cherry fruit
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prepare plastic mica in accordance with the shape of the cutter mold, coat it basically with cardboard / aluminum foil
- Bottom the cake : mix the biscuits with almond powder, milk and butter, mix well. Place the biscuit mixture on the base of the mica, press it until it is solid, store it in the refrigerator.
- Cheesecake : shake the cream cheese with sugar until dissolved, add lemon juice, stir. Add the gelatin solution, stir, add grated lime peel, stir. Enter the whip cream little by little while continuing to stir evenly.
- Pour the cheese cake mixture into mica which has been coated with biscuit dough, sprinkle the top with chopped almonds, cover with cling wrap, store in the refrigerator.
- Add decorative pieces of red cherry on the top of the cake, cool it down again.
