INGREDIENTS:
- 120 gr dark cooking chocolate (DCC)
- 90 ml of cooking oil
- T tsp salt
- T tsp chocolate paste
- ⅓ tsp baking powder
- 100 gr sugar
- 60 gr wheat flour, sift
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of chocolate wafers, cut into pieces
- 100 gr buttercream
- 100 gr trimit
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat the oven
- DCC team with cooking oil. Once the oil is hot, turn off the fire. Add sugar, stir until DCC melts and sugar dissolves, set aside.
- Combine wheat flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix well with a spatula. Set aside.
- Beat the sugar solution and DCC along with tiramisu paste and eggs using a mixer with a low speed until smooth. Enter the mixture of flour mixer back at low speed until even.
- Prepare a loaf pan or a heat-resistant dish in a rectangular form of topping with margarine, aligned with baked paper that has been smeared with margarine. Pour half the dough into the pan, flatten. Bake in the oven until half cooked.
- Enter the chocolate wafer pieces, pour the remaining dough. Bake in the oven again until cooked
