Bored with fried chicken accompanied by sambal terasi or red chili sauce that's all that? The following recipe might help you cook lovers, to get out of the usual chicken menu.
Recipe for green chilli fried chicken with a not too spicy taste because it uses green chili for its raw material. If you don't really like spicy, you can reduce the cayenne pepper in this recipe according to the level of spiciness you want.
INGREDIENTS:
Fried Chicken :
- 1 chicken that is fat and young
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp flavoring
- 1 cup of coconut water
Green Chili sauce :
- 1 ounce of green chili
- 10 cayenne pepper
- 3 green tomatoes
- 3 kencur grains
- 3 garlic cloves
- salt and flavoring
INSTRUCTIONS:
How to Make Fried Chicken :
- Chicken after cleaning is cut into pieces.
