The inexperienced apples (that have been tough to locate these days in my region, if you may consider that) have been gazing me each time i'm going into the kitchen. This morning I knew exactly what i used to be going to make, those tasty apple walnut crepes.

When you make these, pecans can be substituted rather than using walnuts. Many decide upon pecans with apples but both works properly with this dessert.

So clutch those apples, peel and chop them into small pieces. using a medium saucepan, add all of the substances for the filling, except the apples, and get that going. as soon as the sauce has thickened up, upload the chopped apples and walnuts. Then simmer for 8-10 mins stirring every so often.
