AVOCADO LEMON CHEESECAKE

INGREDIENTS:

Bottom the cake :

• 200 g of lemon biscuits, crush
• 50 g of powdered almonds
• 50 ml of liquid milk

Cheesecake :

• 750 g avocado, take the meat, puree

• 250 g cream cheese
• 150 g sugar castor
• 150 ml of double cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Prepare plastic mica according to the shape of the cutter mold, coat it basically with cardboard / aluminum foil
2. Bottom the cake : Mix the biscuits with almond powder, milk and butter, mix well. Place the biscuit mixture on the base of the mica, press it until it is solid, store it in the refrigerator.
3. Cheese cake : stir the avocado together with lemon juice until well blended. Shake cream cheese colored sugar and thick cream until smooth.
